kushboo idli Recipe

Ingredients:
Rice - 1cup
Urudh dhal - 1/4 cup
vendhayam - 1tsp
javvarisi - white balls - 2tbsp
salt to taste

Method:
  • Soak all the ingredients for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Grind well smoothly like idli batter and keep it to ferment.
  • Pour it in idli plate
  • Steam cook and serve with chutney
